Sarah got involved in a Gingerbread House competition at work, so we tried to think outside the box and stretch the bounds of the traditional gingerbread house to new heights. We came up with a gingerbread Lincoln Memorial and Washington Monument, which was pretty dang awesome. Sarah made the gingerbread from scratch (I helped by eating some), and then we cut out the pieces of gingerbread according to a complex posterboard model we built beforehand (I say complex because I even had to use a protractor). Also, we made that awesome snowman out of fondant frosting, and everything came out great.

Your gingerbread creations are awesome, I'm very impressed. :) Good luck with your finals Ryan, I think Tyler is pretty jealous you get to have yours over with before Christmas. I'm so sorry we couldn't make it down for Thanksgiving, we were both feeling pretty sad about that. I'm glad you had a good day. Hope to see you soon!
